Coolio... Want an ace recipe? This is essentially what I had, only with bass instead of bream :https://www.olivemagazine.com/recipe...ced-sea-bream/

It was delish, but for full effect it really needs to be done on a charcoal BBQ

Used Koko coconut yoghourt which is amazing stuff. Also fresh chilli instead of powder.

Grilled but that marinade was outstanding.

Firecracker rice was easy microwave stuff but an ideal accompaniment.

One plus of not barbecuing was NOT losing all that marinade to the barbie.

Didn't taste much in the way of fish, however. And it had to be eaten by hand so tumeric fingers.

Very highly recommended Marco was right.

Leftovers needed using up tonight so made a couple of pizzas.

One veggie - aubergine, sundried tomato and capers

One meaty - Dry-cured smoky bacon and mushroom with black olives.

A mainly digital setup with a musical amplifier and endearing 1970's speakers. A CD player that hardly ever gets used and a turntable that is good enough to remind my how enjoyable my old vinyl is. Some cables and things.
