there is a nice bottle of George Dickel no12 there too.. fab stuff and a JD single barrel too.. reckon theres over well over 400 quid's worth of top spirit... Funny but that was the tail end of my collection. used to be 4 times that size, and included a bottle of Pappy van winkles best at over £200 a bottle... I was richer in those days tho

Not so sure about your earlier 'healthy' sweet & sour chicken, though [not that it looked inedible or anything though, far from it]
My view with these things is that there's nothing bad for you, if eaten infrequently and in moderation, so just make food as tasty/flavourful as you can, using good-quality fresh ingredients, and hang the calories!
If you want to lose weight and stay healthy, then MOVE more, don't eat less well....

Used to go to a great Chinese restaurant in Liverpool with my dad called the Yung Wah (sp?). It’s S&S was always fairly clear and tasted unbelievable.
Found a reasonable substitute over the years.
4 Tbls Sugar
6 Tbls White Wine Vinegar
1 Tbls Soy
Loads of Pineapple Juice
Cornflour to thicken.
