    Cajun chicken pizza

    got it in aldi fresh.. it is very good. just used microwave main oven. 10 mins

    No just half. Wasn't much cheese really. Sauce could have been juicier but for money was good.

    The chilli & garlic paste isn't too powerful, I use it in dishes where I just need some background warmth.

    Increase my hdl, lower my BP. Lots of vitamins and antioxidants.. Plenty potassium and fibre.. Low calorie.
