Thought I'd try food today..
Had a nice bit of wild Pacific salmon delivered yesterday so bag steamed it in lime, green onion, balsamic and sweet chilli. Oh and a bit of coriander.
Was very nice.

TMK ive not had farmed norwegian.. dont even recall seeing it. Mostly its Scottish farmed salmon up here, or nice wild stuff at twice the price. The sockeye is good too that Tony mentions.
..Feeling some hunger pangs so have put on a Charlie Bingham individual steak pie.... I like these and you get a ramekin out of the deal t'boot.think ive some mash to have with it.
