    It does look great!

    Semolina is becoming one of the most useful ingredients in the kitchen for me. Use it in all kinds of things these days.

    A mainly digital setup with a musical amplifier and endearing 1970's speakers. A CD player that hardly ever gets used and a turntable that is good enough to remind my how enjoyable my old vinyl is. Some cables and things.

    I think I am going to make some semolina bread of some denomination. Looking for a recipe that appeals. But I might just make a standard white that is 20% semolina.

    Hoisin duck from the Itsu book above.

    £9 for two duck breasts. That's ridiculous. Special offer paid £6. They were top, though.

    Very good and took 20 minutes to make.

    And they're 500gm boxes, not the rip off 400gm ones in some other supermarkets.

    Actually, just finished a box of red ones like yours and opened a box of green ones, was expecting them to not be as nice, but they are!
