    The fish from Aldi is real fish, not that reconstituted stuff, and it was just chilled, not frozen. Good value to at £2.39 for 4 pieces.

    Now the stir fry




    With oyster sauce soy sauce herbs and spices etc. Will thicken as needed with coconut

    And nearly done. Sauce is to die for

    Alex, your fish and potatoes looked nice, but why oh why frozen veg?

    Frozen peas are ok, but as for anything else, it tastes of nothing in comparison with fresh stuff.

    After working on the car, just wanted something quick, agreed frozen peas are good, other frozen veg? but they still have various vitamins.
