    Just enjoying a nice Negroni cocktail (shown below) with Del, before tonight's repast, which is just a simple mixed grill, consisting of a grilled lamb cutlet, local Welsh pork and ale sausages (nicely carmelised in the pan), local Welsh streaky bacon, poached local Welsh Free-range eggs, baked beans, sautéed mushrooms and a grilled tomato, but cooked to perfection!



    Unfortunately the digital camera needs charged up, so no piccies. Just trust me it's fab!
