    Salade Niçoise

    Grilled yellow fin tuna steak, anchovies, green beans, new potatoes, cherry tomatoes, black olives, avocado and soft boiled eggs. Garnished with fresh basil leaves and ground black pepper.

    (Wouldn’t want to fall foul of the salad police!)


    Summer Pudding with crème fraîche to follow.
