    Ah, are you talking about a wok or the ingredients I mentioned earlier? If it's the former, then you can find them in the kitchen department of most good UK supermarkets, but the ones sold in Chinese supermarkets will be better (and usually cheaper).

    Sure, that's fair enough, but you're not Martin - and he's already said that he finds the noodles just plain rather tasteless, so we're trying to find ways of solving that. Oyster sauce is a decent shout, though

    All those little rectangular packs of dried noodles of various makes come with a small sachet of seasoning as far as I'm aware.

    Not sure why you'd need a wok though unless you're doing something to go with them. The grand kids eat noodles as a snack and I do them in a saucepan with boiling water from the kettle. Just add the seasoning once they're hot.
