    Lemon chicken



    All in micro.

    chicken done in micro set on oven at 250c for 20 mins. rice(basmati) washed then in rice cooker in another micro on full power for 7 mins 30 secs, lemon sauce 1 min 10 secs full power micro at end.

    very nice indeed. chicken was perfect was was rice
