Vegan/plant based Christmas dinner - the “meat” was surprisingly tasty.

The Yorkshire puddings were definitely puddingy!

Florentine chicken pasta (apologies if I have posted before but can’t be arsed to go back and look.)

Super easy and very tasty, plus a meal the whole family will eat so I only have to cook one dish.

Basically chicken, sun dried tomatoes from a jar chopped up, baby spinach, garlic and herb cream cheese and grated Parmesan, a ladle of the pasta water to make the sauce silky and then mix with the drained pasta, e voila.
