    I'd had chips the previous 3 main meals so was a little 'chipped out'.

    I was cooking the gammon in a pressure cooker so just threw some potatoes in along with peppercorns and an onion for added flavour.

    An experimental reverse engineering of the pork medallions we had in the Bulgarian restaurant last week - worked well and everyone ate it so that’s a bonus!
