    Thanks! A bit too much cheese for me too tbh, couldn’t bring myself to leave it off once I’d got it out though. wasn’t too bad though, wasn’t too stodgy anyway. I roasted the red pepper first and added a few capers and olives. The rest of the dough has gone in the freezer for another time.

    Nice one. Stodgy I don't do! Love capers and olives on a pizza, fresh chilli too, and sometimes also anchovy, which gives a nice saltiness. It's the strong flavours I like!

    I'm pondering. Food is a couple of hours away yet, but I think sweet potato mash and chopped greens will be in there somewhere, maybe with chicken or could be fish. Actually, fish sounds good, with parsley sauce and loads of butter 'n pepper here and there.
