    was an Aldi meal Dave. enough for 2 ..it comes in a wooden cooking box. its the best one they do.

    ...porcini mushroom risotto for us tonight finished with Parmesan and fresh flat leaf parsley. A simple dish that only requires patience as you ladle the stock in, one ladle at a time, adding another as the pan starts to dry - glass of wine goes in first.
