OK, What's For Lunch or Tea Today?

Been a bit remiss of late in posting pictures of recent meals, although I did photograph quite a few for your delectation.

So to try to begin at the beginning, before the hot weather arrived:



Rump steak, boiled potatoes, carrots, green beans and grilled tomatoe.




A warm haricot bean, onion, carrot, green bean and brocolli salad.




Using up some leftovers: pasta and rice with some korma curry sauce, and vegetables.




Spaghetti with the remains of the haricot salad, and sauteed onions.




Rump steak, boiled potatoes, steamed carrots and green beans.

Now that the summer weather has arrived, we have been eating salads:




Avocado, fried egg, carrot, sweetcorn, onion and cherry tomatoes. Black cherry yogurt for desert.




Avocado, hard-boiled egg, tuna fish, carrot, onion and cherry tomatoes. Museli with some raspberries for dessert.

Bacon and mozzarella salad. Chocolate and blood-orange ice cream for dessert.

Mixed leaves (baby spinach, lambs lettuce, red chard, ruby red chard and shredded beetroot), shredded red cabbage, carrot, sweetcorn niblets, flaked tuna fish, hard-boiled egg and cherry tomatoes.
