On a bed of Patna rice, freshwater king prawns in a tomato pesto sauce, with steamed red peppers, and broccoli.
An orange for dessert,
And a glass of 2019 Le Grand Clauzy Malbec.

To start:
Macédoine, a West African vegetable salad that can be eaten hot or cold; consisting of potato, carrot, peas, sweetcorn, avocado, hard-boiled eggs, and tuna fish. Our version here is a little different from the traditional recipe.
Followed by a ham, salami, and chorizo pizza. Chocolate chip brownie for dessert. With the rest of the Malbec to drink.
