    Was delicious thanks Marco.

Didn't have time to make it from scratch on this occasion so just used a curry powder from B&M.

Hard-boiled egg, avocado, beetroot and rocket salad with Greek Tzatziki to start.

Some fresh saltwater prawns tossed in a little Normandy butter, two dessert spoonful of pesto sauce stirred in, and then served on a 'bed' of fresh spaghetti. Steamed asparagus, broccoli and French beans on the side.
