Grilled gammon pork steaks, with boiled potatoes, carrots and steamed sugar-snap peas, green beans and red pepper.
with a little freshly made Colemans mustard on the side,
followed by profiteroles (courtesy of the Co-Op)
and washed down with a 2016 Chateau Blaignan, Médoc.
