(And Marco will notice when he catches up with this thread that we’ve finally acquired some pasta dishes... hand-me-downs from mother in law, so that was a freebie bonus!)
And this Sangiovese is an absolute bargain at £7 if you have a Tesco Clubcard (normally £8) - really smooth drop of wine and not surprised it is an award winner.

Soup looks lovely Grant, no one in the house likes split peas, lentils etc. so not something I have very often except out of a tin!
Bored of cooking and only have one extra in the house tonight (daughter’s friend for a sleepover) so opted for a cheeky mid week dirty takeaway!
Never seen so much doner meat stuffed in a pitta! Managed to eat it though! Now feeling like Mr Creosote, off to get a bucket...
