looks great, don’t think I’ve ever had corn ribs. We don’t have a deep fat fryer and struggle to pull off that type of chicken in the oven. Been a long long time since we have had a KFC

Chicken looked great but not a fan of corn - usually comes out the way it goes in.
Oh and more chips next timeWhile I was on teacher training we went to Cambridge sewerage works (good examples of separation techniques). Fascinated to see the large mound of corn which was separated as part of the process - corn looked perfect
Didn't put me off though - I really enjoy nibbling my way around a cob.

Cool... Make sure you have a *VERY* sharp knife [even better is one of the cleavers Chinese chefs use], as cutting through the cob can be challenging, and be extremely careful that the knife doesn't slip and you lose some fingers!
