Quality stuff, Granty. Loving the amount of Indian food you're doing now, where beforehand it was almost non-existent!

Plus, what's clearly evident now is that it was obvious before you could cook (from the pics of some of the stuff you did), but your disability was holding you back from expressing yourself, simply because of your difficulty in managing a normal cooker, standing up for long periods of time, etc.

But now you've got all your labour-saving gadgets to help, and take the strain, as it were, your culinary flair and experience has been given full reign... It's a marvel to watch mate, and good on ya! The princess is also impressed

Rump steak with veg pressure cooked in foodi with deep fried chips

Washed down with this, liked the shiraz so thought I'd try the malbec. Equally delicious, big vintage port notes.

If you haven't already got it "the hairy bikers' great curries" book is a gem - even their basic curry just "sings out" with the flavours of the individual spices rather than the homogenous mess of pre bought sauces.
Madhur Jaffrey's first little book is also very, very good. I regularly use her method for rice (lots of rising seems to be key with Basmati) and her spinach bhaji.

edit - also her tomato chutney (for gluts of home grown tomatoes)
LP12, Ittok (black), DV10X5, NVA Phono 2 (twin supply), NVAP50, Art Audio Quintet 15w power amp, NVA LS5 cable, Rega Ela mk1's.
