yeah thought the bubbles would help with removing the spices a bit. spilt first one doh.. Rice takes 2 and half hrs to sprout and make. its nuttier and sweeter flavoured and supposedly much healthier.Originally Posted by Marco

The sprouting process increases the content of gamma-aminobutyric acid, or GABA, an important neurotransmitter that affects your brain and other organs and muscle tone.
