I slow roasted half of it over onions, garlic, fennel and star anise with cider for moisture, then whacked up the temp for the crackling.
Utterly outstanding flavour and melt in the mouth goodness.
And I mean a good restaurant!

yeah, i had that. its a bit too sweet tomato for me, although very nice. i like mine a bit spicy vinegar. stokes i found quite similar and sweet although thicker... tiptree is better, but my fav at moment is sainsburys organicOne ketchup to rule them all, and its none of those.
