It does. I would say it probably is. I'd rather have this or ribeye than the fillet.. It looks a superb piece of meat. I love the look of that belly pork too,,,I can almost taste the crackling. This farm butcher is clearly a class act.Very nice.. Looks a bit like entrecôte

Have you tried "East end" yet - very good butcher and I think he may be a little cheaper.
(or there is "Woody's" in Holbrook - not used him much, but good reputation )

It’s good, really really good.
I slow roasted half of it over onions, garlic, fennel and star anise with cider for moisture, then whacked up the temp for the crackling.
Utterly outstanding flavour and melt in the mouth goodness.
