    Iceland have just started a TGI Fridays line, just got ribs, loaded skins, wings & onion rings. Looking forward to trying them.

    Roast Beef Dinner tonight as i got my shopping delivered today from Sainsury's.. Its a ready meal but hits the spot well enough and is no work for me.

    Decided to try pressure cooking a big steak. This was Irish rump. 21 day.

    21 mins on hig and 12 mins slow release.
    It's so tender it fell into 2 bits.
    Tastes fab and unlike rump to be so tender. Like fillet.

    I've had the little bit already for breakers
