    Cheers Grant, it was bloody lovely. Cooked it at s fairly low temperature with foil cover do it cooked the pasta really well. Always make sure it’s quote a liquid sauce and let the pasta cook properly (that’s what my sister taught me, she makes the best lasagne I’ve ever tasted).

    Thanks! I still needed to be hosed down after eating it.

    It was a Linda McCartney Quarter Pounder, seem to have good texture and taste pretty good.

    yeah the L Mc is not bad...the one I had had Mozzarella in it....have a go with the beetroot based burgers..very nice...
