Chops cooked in a bread tin, with a glass of red wine with some cornflour chucked in two thirds of the way through cooking.
Baked salt & pepper chips.

It really is a messy dish as one attempts to get past the fat and extract all the meat, plus bite it off the bones etc but yes, really enjoyed it.Looks grand. A meal fit for a king... Or Prince at least.
The pure red wine mixed in with the meat juices tasted excellent.

So when in Waitrose go to the deli and if Lucy loves you you will get freebies. I told the attendant I loved her and she laughed
