A mainly digital setup with a musical amplifier and endearing 1970's speakers. A CD player that hardly ever gets used and a turntable that is good enough to remind my how enjoyable my old vinyl is. Some cables and things.

    Most proudest offerings.

Royster that pork crackling looks ferkin' fab.

Tony I am just curious on that one. Try and describe the flavour somehow?

Unusual in a good way, not as in your face or familiar as Indian flavours, rich and complex base of herbs, with a tart foundation. Unctuous and satisfying. Marries well with the earthy Lamb flavour.

To use your terminology it was A

Only cooked the pork cos I fancied crackling. Chucked some of the meat in a Chinesey type sauce and had it with rice.

    Loch Duart side of salmon
.. A big fish this was too

Was on a good offer from Campbell's meat. Will cut it up and freeze most of the pieces. I do like a nice bit of salmon.

    Dinner is really a snack.
Cream crackers, goats cheese, sliced chicken breast and ham. Alas no pickles.
