Thanks Justin, my mate Rob (who’s parents were Basque) taught me his traditional method years ago.
I’ve got a handy set of tortilla pans for it now but we used to make them for the family together when we were camping.
His son, who’s a chef and has worked in Michelin starred restaurants in Barcelona reckons there’s nothing in Barcelona that tastes any better than Rob’s, so I reckon I’m not too bad at it

Had a hankering for some really good beef goulash soup. This is good as anything you'll get in Budapest.
The superlatives coming out of my wife's mouth didn't stop eating this. It's the best recipe I have come across. Well worth the five stars. I used more garlic and added some chilli as sweet smoked paprika is quite mild.
£12.88 of best West country stewing steak. Zero added water, bugger all fat - outstanding stuff.
This is a lot of food that will freeze well.
