We can all eat more, but I tend only to eat what I need. I don't snack either.

Lol, that's cool, but no offence mate, I couldn't go all day on that!

I guess you just treat food purely as sustenance, rather than pleasure? I need something more substantial to look forward to eating every day!

I only eat food I like Marco and do enjoy it. I just don't need a great deal.

No breakfast, just a simple lunch and an evening meal. It's all I need.

“Nothing discloses real character like the use of power. It is easy for the weak to be gentle. Most people can bear adversity. But if you wish to know what a man really is, give him power. This is the supreme test. It is the glory of Lincoln that, having almost absolute power, he never abused it, except on the side of mercy".

“You see these dictators on their pedestals, surrounded by the bayonets of their soldiers and the truncheons of their police ... yet in their hearts there is unspoken fear. They are afraid of words and thoughts: words spoken abroad, thoughts stirring at home -- all the more powerful because forbidden -- terrify them. A little mouse of thought appears in the room, and even the mightiest potentates are thrown into panic.”

"You don't have free will. You have the appearance of free will.”

“There's a war out there, old friend. A world war. And it's not about who's got the most bullets. It's about who controls the information. What we see and hear, how we work, what we think... it's all about the information!”

Lol, yes of course it's sensible, but is sensible FUN? You've got to enjoy life, not simply exist!

For me, the highlight of the day is looking forward to enjoying a lovely meal. I only eat what I 'need' too, but there has to be a significant degree of pleasure attached to the experience.

It's back to the cultural difference again... Live to eat, or eat to live, and I'm (along with most Europeans) firmly in the latter camp!

In that respect, even if I lived on my own, as long as I was fit enough, I'd still choose to eat something a little more exciting than cereal or beans on toast for my dinner. Sorry guys, just being honest!
