I’m in Dublin Airport at the moment. Mrs. B had a freshly prepared omelette for dinner which looked very nice and her sister had an equally appealing looking baked chicken dish

I had a pint of Guinness!

It was very tasty. I cheat a bit & use a curry sauce mix, make it up & just add the cooked mince, chopped up red onion & green pepper, served with easy cook basmati.
