    They were excellent. One thing I remember from previous attempts. You don't want them more than about 1 cm thick otherwise they won't cook through before the outside is done no matter what.

    Also, don't be tempted NOT to use extra virgin olive oil and butter. Big part of the final taste.

    Chicken Tikka masala today.. Its oldest... A charlie bighams one; they are gret and you get 2 portions...was on offer. its tather good, and you'd struggle to improve on it tbh

    And Sainsbury's frozen hash browns are pretty good, too. And very cheap.
