    So I’ve never cooked Chicken Tikka Masala from scratch before but there’s a first time for everything. I thought I’d followed the recipe pretty faithfully but I think too much cream? The mushroom bhaji faired slightly better, the onion bhajis were a cheat from Tesco but all agreed the whole meal was pretty revolting! So Yes, it was moist, but that was about all there was going for it! the shop bought naans were ok though! You live and you learn...
