    Yup, you got it!!

Anyway, a simple lunch earlier (of Parma ham and melon, dressed leaves, and some free-range eggs, filled with curried mayonnaise) chez moi, whilst posting some pish on here:

Btw, that 'Futility' beer comes highly recommended, brewed in Shropshire: https://www.stonehousebrewery.co.uk/

Gorgeous stuff... I am rather partial to these 'craft ales'!

Steak night with blue cheese - Parmentier potatoes, creamed spinach, red cabbage and mushrooms and tomatoes. Delicious!

First time back on here for a while as I’ve been a wee bit busy with other stuff but there are some fab meals lately.

Had my first chance to do some cooking for a while last night and this was something I kind of invented before getting out of bed yesterday morning, thinking about a nice starter for the 10 hour slow cooked beef chilli we were going to have.

I used some handy little tortilla moulds to make edible bowls for what amounts to a Mexican Prawn Cocktail.

All home made, Pico de Gallo Salsa, Guacamole and freshly peeled and cooked Tiger Prawns done in Chilli and Lime with a homemade Chipotle Mayo.

Tasted better than it looks in this photo.

I’ll take photos of the finished product this time. Fattier ribeye for the 11yr old girl, fillet for my wife.

Stock in the slow cooker on low for tomorrow’s lentil and bacon soup starter.
