Looks nice, Roy, although I personally wouldn't have put what looks like a dollop of dried herbs directly on top of the soup, as the texture won't be nice to eat. Fresh herbs would've been better, IMO, and perhaps also a little swirl of cream!

Had some haddock fillets tonight from Asda, didn't expect much but they were surprisingly good.
