    Cheers, Roy. Your steak and chips looks fab and very nicely cooked. I particularly like how you've done the tomatoes (grilled I presume?) which is exactly how I like them, especially a little charred in the middle

    Thanks, vine tomatoes were pan fried with the steak using Gomo everyday oil (extra virgin/sunflower blend).

    Moroccan Chicken Thang - Chicken Thighs marinated in yoghurt, ras al hanout, harissa and mint. Baked in tray with Mediterranean veg, potato wedges, olive oil, chickpeas and more harissa.

    A nice big bit of brisket.. It's shrunk a bit now but smells super. Was injected with a Greek marinade and cooked in more of marinade and garlic and thyme.




    Rather tasty this is. Will let it cool now.
