Marco.The chips are exceptional {for an indian takeaway, rivalling most of the local chippies) but then again so are the sheek kebabs, pakoras, samosas, tikka & bhajis. Had another carton of chicken tikka which I couldn't finish so breakfast is sorted.

Codeine and Naproxen mostly, did my back in nearly three weeks ago and have spent most of the time horizontal. All being well, intend to do a bit tomorrow as my daughter will be round. Standing up isn’t actually that bad, it’s sitting down that is painful as the lumbar pain radiates out to the mess of muscles, nerves and scar tissue in my left hip socket. Hey ho, the wind and the rain.
