Decided to dig out my bread machine.
I am using stuff I've never tried and not used it for years so may be a disaster.. Fact it almost certainly will be.
Only had gluten free flour so added gluten to it.
This yeast is kinda catering active stuff so hoping got the maths right.
It feels a bit odd, but that could be flour
