Something simple. Chicken thighs, extra chunky chips & 'enhanced' baked baens.

It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

Probably. The dog just finished them and she farts like mad anyway.

24 hour marinaded cod in mirin, sake, miso paste and agave syrup.

Pak Choi and sugar snap peas in a tablespoon of soy sauce.

Wholegrain rice, freekeh and wheat berries.

    Toasted sesame seeds.

ITSU inspired but not followed to the letter and very good indeed.

7 hour slow cooked (from scratch) beef bourguignon with sauteed courgettes and steamed spuds.
Doesn't look much but, hell that was rich. Probably the full bottle of red wine that did it!
Should keep me going for a few days

    Tonight:

Avocado with vinegrette dressing, followed by T-bone steak (medium rare), with a pepper source (so steak au poivre), with new potatoes, asparagus, carrot, brocolli and a leek, onion, tomatoe and garlic compot.

Washed down with a 2017 Chateau Le Bonalguet, Bordeaux.
