Cheers, mate. It's an old-style variety of carrot, hence 'heritage', with a fuller and sweeter flavour, and which often comes in different colours: https://boroughmarket.org.uk/articles/heritage-carrots

During lockdown, we ordered a bucketload of seeds online, for various types of veg, and planted them, as we're intent on becoming as self-sufficient as possible!

Chicken casserole. Hours of preparation went into this...................fortunately they were not my hours of preparation, I just got it out of a tin!

It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!

A mainly digital setup with a musical amplifier and endearing 1970's speakers. A CD player that hardly ever gets used and a turntable that is good enough to remind my how enjoyable my old vinyl is. Some cables and things.
