Anyway, tonight's tea.... Pan-fried slices of pork fillet in a cider, crème fraîche and pink peppercorn sauce, with slices of caramelised Braeburn apples, sprinkled with fresh chives and served with creamy mashed potatoes, swiss chard and assorted seasonal veg:
Slipped down reasonably well!
