Don’t think I have ever had turbot.
Last time I was cutting the fish by myself using a hammer. I have succeeded but there was some fish on the ceiling 😋
This time I have requested to be properly cut.
Anyway the turbot is a delusios fish. But attention is needed if eating the skin.

Thank you Ivo - hope my little joke didn’t offend! I will definitely try some turbot if both you and Justin are recommending.

Water, flour, salt. Nothing else. As simple as it gets.

From the sourdough culture I posted above.

If you don't use commercial yeast you get:

    1) A much crunchier crust.
    2) No need to add oil.
    3) Improved texture.
    4) Better flavour.

Had to go for volume last night as I had worked through lunch!

Homemade Chicken Pot Pie with the gubbins.

    Was pretty satisfying
