Tuesdays just got hyper busy - son has Art Club after school, then his drum lesson, daughter has piano lesson and then guides. Trying to factor in feeding everyone when we’re here, there and everywhere means something quick - and this was what Sue and I had last night, Tesco Finest £10 meal deal, meatballs and chips. The deal includes a main and side, plus deserts and a bottle of wine - a bargain, and the meatballs were amazing for fling in the oven and forget!
A bit more time this evening, so I created prawns and salmon in a creamy smoked paprika, garlic and Prosecco sauce with linguine - a little dry but quite tasty. More Prosecco needed next time, not necessarily in the dish!
