By the way, as the Chipmeister you’ll appreciate there’s not a huge amount there - that was only about half, they got devoured too, which is why I now feel like a Weeble but I most definitely will fall down if I wobble...

I would call those fries rather than chips? But I'm happy to assume the 'Friesmaster' handle as well Good that none were wasted, please accept the Gaviscon award for noble services to the deep fat fryer

Curry looks nice, I’d use the term “moist”, I like moist.

Having Sicilian meatballs Al Forno for lunch. Should come out of oven soon. This is a Charlie Bigham meal, so technically a ready meal but hey ho.. I unwrapped it and put it in oven.

Steak night. Then a load of cheese, port, whisky, Baileys coffees and it’s not even Jules Holland time yet. Or is it, oh gosh, best check!

    Happy New Year!

I wouldn't worry about missing Jools's Hogmanay (unless you really like Ed Sheeran, ); it hasn't been good for a few years now. But I can confirm the first part of your post was duplicated here.

    Happy New Year Alex.
