Lol, no worries... Would be good next time to see pics of the veg you have (in a sauce or whatever) along with the rest of your food

Anyway, today's lunch... Armoniche [harmonicas] All' Uovo, from Aldi, with homemade tomato and fresh chilli sauce, using red chillies from my dad's greenhouse, and sprinkled with chopped garlic chives from our garden, and some freshly grated Parmesan:

...washed down with some excellent cloudy craft-cider, from Lidl. Lurvely!

You'll have noticed the 'odd veg', I'm sure, with the pics I've posted of my Sunday lunches!

    That pasta looks great Marco.

Had some left over mash from Pieminister sessions.

Tossed in some tuna, fried onion and yellow pepper, and chopped jalepenos plus plenty of salt & pepper. Dipped in egg and panko and fried in groundnut.

TBH it made a right old mess. Did taste a lot better than it looks. Very hard to shallow fry panko well.

    Just using up stuff, really.

It looks absolutely fine. Some foods you just can't make look 'sexy'. The important thing is that it was tasty, and that you're using up leftovers in a creative way, rather than simply chucking them in the bin, and that has to be admired

We do the same, and very little of our food goes into the recycle bin.
