A mainly digital setup with a musical amplifier and endearing 1970's speakers. A CD player that hardly ever gets used and a turntable that is good enough to remind my how enjoyable my old vinyl is. Some cables and things.

The meatballs look FAB, Tony!
Only thing I'd say, and it's a personal taste thing, is that I'd have liked a bit more 'liquid' (essentially more of the runnier tomato sauce) on the plate along with the pasta and meatballs - but if desired that would be easily remedied

With horseradish and apple wood smoked cheddar (done at home) mash. Also added some home smoked bacon into the mix.
They turned out to be extremely tasty.

Tonight's tea: 28-day aged Aberdeen Angus fillet steak, with a homemade Bordelaise sauce (red wine, beef demi-glace, chopped shallots and fresh parsley), served with a few onion rings, sautéed new potatoes (in their skins) infused with fresh sage, thyme, rosemary (all from our herb garden), garlic, olive oil and butter, and some honey-glazed butternut squash...
Washed down with a bottle of superb Portuguese red:
