Roy, you really should stop having those intimate little dinners for two......unless someone else is eating with you.

P.s. where’s the bread and butta these days?

I know, there was far too much food for one, I had to leave some of the salad

A mainly digital setup with a musical amplifier and endearing 1970's speakers. A CD player that hardly ever gets used and a turntable that is good enough to remind my how enjoyable my old vinyl is. Some cables and things.

Thumbs up Traditional Coratian dish: Sarma (cabbage leaves and peppers stuffed with rice/pork)

Del makes this from time to time during the winter months, as it's really hearty and tasty! First, the prep (cabbage leaves have been boiled and stuffed/wrapped around the pork):

Into the pan with some of the stuffed peppers:

Cooking away nicely with some garlic, smoked paprika, passata and tomato puree added:

Served up and enjoyed with some crusty bread:

....and a stonking full-bodied red wine from the Pfalz area of Germany!

    Yum!

Thanks, guys... It was delish. Cabbage is very good for you, and super-tasty if cooked right!

In this recipe though, it's really just a carrier for the rice and pork
