    Took my dad out for lunch today to one of our favourite country pubs:





    Dad had a Ploughman's, with local Welsh cheeses and home-made pickles, washed down with a local pale ale:





    Mine was chargrilled chicken breast with fresh lemon and thyme, and chunky chips.. Check out those Tempura-battered onion rings:



    Awesome, as was the beer!
