    Nice one for contributing to the food thread, Robin! It's appreciated

    Curry looks nice and tasty (flavours well infused), but you've done a good job of hiding the chicken!

    I presume the main pieces are submerged/hidden under the sauce?

    Thanks Marco, yes there is plenty of chicken in the dish, my son and daughter in law both like lots of sauce. Not the most authentic curry I make but its very tasty.
