    I wrote "do not make again with cucmber" in the recipe book. Without it it would have been pretty good.
    Bizarrely, time in the fridge and the noodles/cucumber/hoisin/soy/rice vinegar sauce tasted fabulous. Duck however, was not as good as it was warm.

    A dish you can't win with when made as per the recipe.
